This version of an omelette will be surely approved by chips lovers. An unusual combination of products will delight you for breakfast, and, moreover, the preparation of this dish will not take you much time.
1. Chop an onion and fry it for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time. Add a sweet pepper chopped into cubes, sauté for 3-4 minutes.
2. Beat eggs in a deep bowl, mix well. Pour eggs on the top of vegetables, sprinkle with grated cheese, add olives, chopped green onions and corn chips.
3. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to readiness on the stove or in the oven, preheated up to 180C for 10-15 minutes.
