Muffins — is a simple dessert, that is very easy to prepare. You neednt waste lots of time to make them. But the main thing is that the result, even if we make mistakes during the process of cooking, is still good. Muffins are similar to bread, but they contain less sugar, and are rich with oatmeal, whole grain flour and other healthy ingredients. Everybody loves delicious, fluffy and flavorful muffins. There is always some zest in this pastry.
Heat the oven up to 180 degrees.
Put special cups into the cake frame.
Beat up eggs slightly in the bowl of a mixer, add honey, oil and vanilla until smooth.
Sift flour and connect it with baking powder.
Add the flour and milk alternately and mix until smooth.
Cut an apple into cubes and add it to the mass.
Fill 2/3 of the cake frame with the dough.
