Many housewives know and quite often cook chicken fritters for their families. These chicken pancakes always come out very tender and incredibly juicy, and they can be prepared quickly and inexpensively. But today we offer you to vary the recipe a little by adding slices of juicy and fragrant pepper. Thanks to this additive, the flavor of chicken pancakes will take on new shades and will become more bright and rich. You can cook these pancakes for breakfast, serving them as a separate dish, or for dinner, adding a vegetable side dish. Anyway it comes out really tasty and quite satisfying.
1. Wash chicken fillet, dry lightly and chop with a knife finely. Do not use a meat grinder or a blender, just chop it finely with a knife.
2. Take fleshy bell peppers with thick sides, this way they will be felt more clearly in the taste of the chicken pancakes. And, after removing the seeds, cut them into small cubes. Rub cheese and chop greens with a knife, removing thick stems.
3. Put in a deep Cup chopped fillet, diced peppers, cheese shavings and chopped parsley. Add the mayonnaise with sour cream, poach both eggs and mix it all thoroughly.
4. Then add flour and salt with pepper. You can add your favorite spices and garlic. Mix again. The mixture should be thick, but not too much. If everything turns out to be dry, it is necessary to introduce a little of cold boiled water into the mass and stir again.
5. Heat the pan with refined oil and lay out the pancakes, giving them a flat shape with a spoon.
6. Fry meat pancakes under the lid on the fire set a little above average. Firstly fry until they turn brown on one side, then flip with a spatula and brown the other side.
7. You will get lush, browny pancakes. Complement them according to your taste: with herbs, vegetables, variety of sauces or garnishes. Chicken fritters with peppers are juicy, tender and wonderfully flavorful.
