Apple Banana Muffins

Apple banana muffins come out incredibly delicate and airy. Due to spices, baking becomes very fragrant and appetizing. Fruit gives the muffins a special flavor, making them moist from juice inside. The ready baking can be decorated with cream or frosting, sprinkled with chopped nuts, coconut or grated chocolate.

Steps

  • 1. Turn the oven at 190 degrees to warm it up finely.
  • 2. Сombine softened butter with sugar in a deep dish.
  • 3. Beat the mixture into a soft mousse with a mixer, it should become airy and smooth.
  • 4. Next, beat one egg into the butter mixture and continue whipping it with a mixer for the egg to be completely combined with the other component
  • 5. Then beat the second egg in, again whip mixture into a soft mousse until smooth. Pour the buttermilk in and mix the dough.

  • 11. Insert paper or silicone cases in a special metal baking pan for muffins. Fill them for two-thirds with thick dough.
  • 12. Put the baking pan with the apple-banana muffins in the oven. Bake them for 20-22 minutes until delicious golden brown.
  • 13. Get the finished muffins out of the pan and let them cool down. We will serve this pastry with tea, cocoa, milk or coffee. As a result we will have 24 muffins.
