Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Cooking Steps:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Step 3: In a separate large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Step 4: Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture, beating well.
