Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake Cups
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs (for the base)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
- Fresh strawberries, sliced, for topping
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
- Press the chocolate cookie mixture into the base of serving cups or glasses to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
