Tutti Frutti Muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup tutti frutti (candied fruits)
Cooking Steps:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Step 3: In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Step 4: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined.
Step 5: Fold in the tutti frutti into the muffin batter.
Step 6: Spoon the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
Step 7: Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 8: Allow the Tutti Frutti Muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
