Let’s cook delicious and bold pancakes with baked yoghurt and blackcurrent. You can use either fresh or frozen berries (unfreeze them in advance). The pancakes turn to be sweet enough and very flavoured due to cinnamon. The blackcurrant gives pleasant slightly sour taste making them especially tasty. Additionally to them, you can serve sour cream, honey, different sauce or topping.
