We cook very tasty chicken cutlets with hard cheese and greens. Thanks to this filling, the cutlets are incredibly juicy and aromatic. To taste, the ready-made dish resembles the favorite Kiev cutlets, but it is much easier and faster to prepare this recipe. For chicken cutlets, any side dish is good – boiled or baked vegetables, fresh salad with greens, homemade noodles, rice or buckwheat porridge. Additionally, you can serve pickled mushrooms or other homemade pickles.
