Oyster mushrooms in garlic marinade will be an excellent side dish for meat, chicken or turkey. Also mushrooms are good as a supplement to mashed potatoes or porridges. To diversify the taste of snacks, use wine, balsamic or sherry cider vinegar instead of apple one.
