We prepare a tasty and juicy sour-mustard chicken skewers. Advantage of this recipe is that we will bake skewers in the oven, so it can be cooked all year in any weather. Chicken thighs, cooked in this way, differ with surprisingly delicate taste. I recommend marinating the meat on the shelf of the fridge for at least 2 hours, so that it can soak up the aroma of spices and turn out to be juicy. Serve chicken skewers with a variety of sauces - garlic, tomato, lemon, mushroom or tkemali. Pickled or baked vegetables, salads with fresh herbs can be served as garnish. More satisfying way – potatoes, stewed cabbage or rice.
