Chebyreki is a common Russian pastry that is usually filled with ground meat. Also it’s the most favorite Russian street food. Traditionally, chebureks are prepared from unyeasted dough. To make them bubble-like, vodka is often added to the dough when kneaded. There are also dough recipes for chebureks on kefir, milk, sparkling water and beer. Today I will tell you the simplest and fastest recipe for chebureks from the ready puff pastry. As a filling we will use pork and chicken meat with addition of onion and greenery for juiciness. In addition, hard cheese, mushrooms or fresh tomatoes can be added to the filling. Chebureks according to this recipe are very tasty and crispy.
