It’s a Pancake week, so it's time to cook delicious pancakes for family and friends. There are big varieties of pancake recipes: chocolate, rye, pumpkin, on potato broth and fruit yogurt. Today I offer you another simple and delicious recipe for kefir pancakes on basis of pate a choux. They are very gentle, soft and thin. To taste pancakes turn out neutral, so they will be suitable for both sweet and salty filling. This time I made pancakes for breakfast, so I served them with honey and gooseberry jam.


Ingredients

Kefir 250 ml

Water 250 ml

Whole wheat flour 160 g

Egg 2 pcs

Sugar 2 tbsp

Salt 1 pinch

Baking soda 0.25 tsp

Olive oil 2 tbsp
