Bulgur can also be cooked as an ordinary cereal, in a small amount of water with salt. Today I offer to your attention the bulgur pilaf with vegetables, the cooking recipe is simple and fast. It turns out very tasty and useful side dish to meat or fish. During fasting days bulgur with vegetables can be a full independent dish. A variety of fresh or frozen vegetables can be used to prepare this recipe: eggplant, zucchini, bell pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes or green beans. In the process of preparation the bulgur is impregnated with vegetable juice and becomes very fragrant and fluffy.
