Pancakes with cheese and dill are very tasty, gentle and thin. Fresh dill makes pancakes fragrant and hard cheese stretches and gives the dish a piquant note. Pancakes on this recipe are delicious on their own, and you can wrap in them pieces of light-salted salmon or use another unsweet filling. A great addition to the pancakes will be sour cream or Greek yogurt. As a basis for pancakes we will use kefir. If desired, rice flour can be replaced with wheat or whole grain flour.
