For the recipe, you can use cottage cheese with any percentage of fat content. If you have granular cottage cheese, first grate it through a sieve. Additionally, raisins or finely cut banana can be added to the dough. You can serve ready-made Russian syrniki with sour cream, caramel, honey, condensed milk or berry sauce. Cottage cheese pancakes with rice flour are good both warm and cool. They are convenient to take with you as a snack to work or picnic.
