Zrazy is a meat roulade dish popular in Poland (Silesian rouladen), western Belarus and Lithuania. Its origin can be traced back to the times of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth. Crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, chicken roulade turns out to be very tasty and gentle. As a filling for chicken breast roulade, we will use boiled eggs and hard cheese mixed with dill and melted butter.
