Chicken and Mushroom in a Puff Pastry Shell
This pastry will not take you a lot of time and energy. In just 30 minutes you can prepare a hearty lunch or dinner for a large family. Then you should just wait until they are browned in the oven and the whole apartment is filled with the smell of fresh pastry.
For this recipe I used the cooked fillet, which was left after cooking a chicken broth for soup. You can also use roasted meat mince, ham or sausage to prepare the filling. You can optionally add grated cheese or cooked potatoes.
