  • Seasoning for chicken
    1 tsp
  • Basil

Steps

  • 1. Wash meat, dry it from water with a napkin. Rub chicken drumsticks with a mixture of salt and spices. You can use ready-made seasoning for chicken or spices separately, for example, hot pepper, paprika or curry. Leave the meat for 20 minutes to marinate and soak with aromas of spices. Pour oil in a deep pan the let it become hot. Gently place the prepared chicken drumsticks in and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
  • 2. Then get the chicken from the pan and place it on a dry dish.
  • 3. Wash oyster mushrooms, cut the legs off and roughly cut the mushrooms into slices of average size.
  • 4. Pour oyster mushrooms into the pan with the remaining oil and juice from the meat. Fry them on medium heat until all the liquid evaporates. Then add two cloves of garlic to the mushrooms, passed through the press, stir and continue to cook the ingredients together for 1 more minute.
  • 5. Then return fried chicken to the pan.
  • 6. Add sugar and spices for flavor.
  • 7. Pour soy sauce, it will give the dish a spicy touch. Do not add salt to the mushrooms because the sauce is already quite salty.
  • 8. Then pour the light beer in.
  • 9. Cover the pan with a lid and let the meat simmer with the mushrooms on low heat for 20-25 minutes. If the beer does not cover the meat completely, the chicken can be flipped during cooking to become prepared evenly.
  • 10. After the specified time, open the lid and continue to cook for another 5 minutes, until the sauce evaporates and thickens. Serve the dish immediately until it is not cold.
    Bon appetit!
