  • 1. Melt butter on the cooker or in the microwave oven. Cool it down until room temperature and combine with the sugar.
  • 2. Mix all ingredients to make sugar melt. Add one egg and mix again.
  • 3. Add sieved cocoa powder and vanillin into the dough.
  • 4. Then add sieved wheat flour. It is better to do it in a few stages.
  • 5. Knead elastic and smooth dough. Put it into plastic bag or wrap it with the cling film and place it into the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Then roll cooled dough in a layer of 3 mm in diameter between two sheets of baking paper. Cut out cookies in a doll shape with a curve or a plunger cutter.
  • 7. Place cookies in the pre-heated oven up to 400 ° F. Bake them for 10 minutes and then cool them down completely.
  • 8. Now lets make some icing for decoration. For this mix egg white, a few drops of lemon juice and sugar powder until smooth.
  • 9. Part of icing can be coloured with some food grade dye. Melt black chocolate in a microwave oven or by double boiling. Decorate your cookies and leave them for an hour to let the icing and chocolate stiffen. Enjoy your meal!
