Sugar Pie
Today I offer you to bake simple, but incredibly tender and delicious sugar pie. Even if you consider yourself to be a freshman in pastry cooking, you won’t get any problems with this recipe. The ease of cooking and perfection of taste is a short description of this sugar pie. Tasting it once, you will become its fan forever. Crispy sugar crust on the top and tender crumb soaked with cream inside just can leave you indifferent.

Cream180 ml
Steps

10. Bake your sugar pie at 400 Ā°F for about half an hour. When its top becomes golden brown and with sugar crust over it, take it out of the oven and pour it over with cream ((10-20 %)) evenly. Make sure your cream is of room temperature. Place your sugar pie into the oven again for another 10 minutes.
