Pork Rolls with Sour Cream Onion Sauce

Ingredients

  • Pork
    650 g
  • Soy sauce
    45 ml
  • Parsley
    ½ pcs
  • Garlic
    5 clove
  • Onion
    150 g
  • Sour cream
    180 g
  • Salt
    - to taste
  • Black pepper
    - to taste



Steps

  • 1. The steak of pork slice of 0,6-1 cm thick. Freeze pork a bit to make it easier to cut.
  • 2. Then wash pork slices thoroughly and season with freshly ground pepper. Dont salt.
  • 3. Put all beaten and peppered pieces of pork in a bowl and pour it over with some soy sauce. Mix them thoroughly and leave for an hour.
  • 4. Chop finely parsley and peeled garlic cloves. That will be the stuffing for our rolls.
  • 5. Put a bit of stuffing on the edge of the marinated slice, roll it tightly and stitch it with toothpicks.
  • 6. Then fry all rolls both sides in the frying pan until light golden brown. Put rolls on the plate and take the toothpicks out.
  • 7. Fry finely chopped onion in the same frying pan until golden brown.
  • 8. Add sour cream and mix.
  • 9. Then add about half a glass of water and dry herbs to the sauce, season it with a bit of fresh ground pepper and salt to taste. Bring it to boil, keep it over heat for a while stirring it non-stop and take it away from the heat. Sour cream and onion sauce is ready.
  • 10. Put the rolls in a heatproof dish , pour them over with hot sauce and roast them at 400 °F for 35-45 minutes.
  • 11. While roasting, pork absorbs sauce and becomes incredibly tender and moist. And What a flavour it has!! Beyond the words! You must only taste it.
