Chicken and Dumpling (Pelmeni) Soup
Delicious and nutritious chicken soup with dumplings (pelmeni) will perfectly warm you in a cold season. The recipe is simple and fast enough, especially if there is already made chicken broth in your fridge. You can use bought dumplings, but with home-made ones it will be more delicious of course.

Steps

1. First, let’s cook chicken broth. Wash chicken skeleton, put it in the pan and pour it over with two liters of cold water. Remove scum with a slotted spoon before the soup gets boiled. Boil the bones for half an hour, then remove them out of the broth. You can use chicken drumsticks, thighs or legs to make broth richer.
