Gingerbread Christmas Trees
Today we will cook smart gingerbread christmas trees with multicoloured icing. Such pastry will be a perfect addition to a main present for New Year holidays and will make happy not only children but also adults. Ask your children to help you and they will cut different shapes out of the dough with pleasure and decorate biscuits with sweet icing.

Ginger0,5 tsp

Powdered sugar300 g

Food grade dye1 pcs
Steps

7. Put biscuits on the baking dish covered with baking paper. Place baking dish into the oven pre-heated at 400 °F and bake them until golden brown for 10 minutes. Then cool them down completely until room temperature and start to cook icing. In a bowl mix egg white and sieved sugar powder. You can add a few drops of lemon juice.
