Calamari Corn Salad
Let’s cook tasty calamari corn salad with pickled cucumbers. This dish can compete with such popular salads as «Russian salad» or «Dressed herring». Seafood salad is very tender and has piquant flavour, so your guests and relatives will like it for sure.

Mayonnaise2-3 tbsp

Steps

1. If necessary, unfreeze calamari at room temperature. Then wash seafood, put it into boiling water for 1 minute and right after this put it into a bowl with some cold water. After such manipulations it will be easier to remove skin from this shellfish. Also, don’t forget to remove chord and wash calamari from inside.
