Steps

  • 1. Beat soften butter and sugar with a stand mixer until the mixture gets light.
  • 2. Then pour oil into the mixture. Go on beating ingredients together.
  • 3. Separate yolks from whites. Add all 5 yolks to the dough and mix again with a stand mixer.
  • 4. Pour kefir of room temperature there. Mix with a mixer.
  • 5. Rehydrate some red food grade dye in table vinegar.

  • 7. In a bowl combine sieved flour, soda , salt and cocoa powder. Whisk dry mixture until smooth.
  • 8. Add bake mixture in a few stages.
  • 9. Mix all ingredients thoroughly to make them combine.
  • 10. Beat the egg whites until stiff and pour into the dough.
  • 11. With a silicone spatula mix the dough until smooth.
  • 12. Butter baking tin with the diameter of 22 cm and sprinkle it with some flour. Pour one third of the dough and even it with a spatula.
  • 13. Bake crusts at 1750 until done for 25-35 minutes. Cool ready crusts down, wrap them with a cling film and place into the fridge for minimum 2 hours or even night. Then cut crust sides out and even them if necessary.
  • 14. Let’s cook cream. Beat some butter , sugar powder and vanillin with a stand mixer.
  • 15. Then add some cream cheese to our cream.
  • 16. Keep on beating it for a few minutes until smooth.
  • 17. Cover crusts with done butter cream. Coat the top and sides of the cake with cream too.
  • 18. Decorate Red velvet cake with biscuit crumbs and sprigs of fresh rosemary. Leave the cake in the fridge for a few hours. serve it with tea or coffee.
