Rosemary Baked Potato Wedges

You can cook lots of tasty and nutritious dishes of potato. Today we will bake vegetables in the oven adding spices and olive oil. The dish is very flavoured due to smoked paprika and rosemary. This dish will suit vegetarians and those who are fasting. Also, you can use baked potato as a garnish to meat or fish dishes. In addition, serve pickled tomatoes or tomato sauce to potato.

  • Potato
    1 kg
  • Olive oil
    50 ml
  • Salt
    - to taste
  • Black pepper
    0,25 tsp
  • Paprika
    0,25 tsp
  • Thyme
    0,25 tsp
  • Rosemary
    1 tsp
  • Parsley
    - to taste


  • 1. Wash, peel and cut potato bulbs into wedges.
  • 2. Then put cut potato into a bowl. Pour potato with olive oil. If you want, you can use corn or cooking oil.
  • 3. Season potato with the flakes of smoked paprika and rosemary.
  • 4. Salt vegetables to taste and season them with a mixture of ground paprika, black pepper and dried thyme.
  • 5. Mix all ingredients thoroughly to make vegetables cover with the mixture of oil and spices.
  • 6. Pour potato into a heatproof tin or baking sheet. Even it in a flat layer.
  • 7. Place baking sheet with potato into pre-heated to 200 oven at the medium stage. Stirring vegetables from time to time bake them until done. The potato wedges must become soft and golden. Depending on the thickness of potato wedges, this dish is cooked in 30-40 minutes.
  • 8. Serve potato hot as a main dish or a garnish to meat, poultry or fish.
