Cottage cheese donuts
I really like desserts and donuts as well. They taste perfect with coffee and are pretty nourishing for a breakfast. But cottage cheese donuts are even better! They are very soft and not fatty at all.
Ingredients

Egg2 pcs

Sugar100 g

Baking soda1 tsp

Cottage cheese250 g

Whole wheat flour350 g

Sunflower oil300 ml
Steps

1. The dough is very easy to cook. You do not need any yeast so you will have your donuts on your plates prepared in 15 minutes . Mix eggs and sugar with a mixer. Add baking soda.

2. Then add cottage cheese and mix it well again. Add 300 g of flour and mix one more time. You will get awesome dough that sticks to your hands.

3. Divide it into two parts and roll up to 5-7 mm thick. Then make external cut-outs with a big cup (or glass) and internal cut-outs with a small mold (bottle cup).

4. Now heat a butter on a medium fire in a small saucepan – it is more economical and easier way to keep an eye on a process of cooking. The question is how to determine the availability of oil? Throw a small amount of flour in a saucepan, if bubbles appear around it immediately then it is a right oil temperature.

5. When donut is browned a bit (here, judge yourself what color you like best), take it out on paper towels to drain them from extra fat.

6. By the way, from small circles of donuts small balls are obtained, kids truly like them.
