Russian Cabbage Soup (Shchi)
Traditionally, cabbage soup (shchi) is boiled from sauerkraut or white cabbage, it depends on a season and taste preferences. There are meatless ones and cooked on chicken or meat bouillon. Today we will cook delicious and aromatic cabbage soup from sauerkraut on chicken bouillon. You can take any chicken part on a bound. Sauerkraut gives this dish a special slightly sour taste that makes cabbage soup especially tasty. You may add sweet pepper and mushrooms as well.
