Corn bread with dates
A simple and quick recipe for corn bread with dates. You know, it is the kind like to collect everything in a cup, mix and ready.
The filler here can be any: dried berries, fruits, chocolate drops, coconut chips, probably even nuts.
Since corn flour (or polenta) is used, bread is obtained with grains. If there's anything out of it, you'll understand me. And yes, it is better to serve it warm, the fragrance is crazy, and the taste is more correct.

Steps

1. So, here are the minimum preparations: cut dates finely, grate the orange peel on a grater and melt the oil in a microwave (for about 20 seconds).

2. And now mix all the ingredients in one cup. Order does not matter at all. Stir well until smooth. Get a pretty damp dough.

3. Lubricate the mold with oil and pour the dough. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
