Chicken Cutlets with Greens and Cheese

We cook very tasty chicken cutlets with hard cheese and greens. Thanks to this filling, the cutlets are incredibly juicy and aromatic. To taste, the ready-made dish resembles the favorite Kiev cutlets, but it is much easier and faster to prepare this recipe. For chicken cutlets, any side dish is good – boiled or baked vegetables, fresh salad with greens, homemade noodles, rice or buckwheat porridge. Additionally, you can serve pickled mushrooms or other homemade pickles.

Steps

  • 1. Wash chicken fillet, clean from the films. Cut the meat into medium size pieces, so that it was more convenient to grind them into minced meat. Transfer the pieces of chicken into the blender bowl. Add garlic and chopped onions to the garlic cloves.
  • 2. Grind the ingredients with a blender or meat grinder to obtain a homogenous minced meat. Transfer it to the deep bowl.
  • 3. Soak sliced white bread in milk.
  • 4. Then we squeeze the bread and grind it in a blender. Add it to the stuffing and mix.

  • 5. Mix the softened butter in a separate bowl, grated hard cheese and chopped greens of dill and parsley.
  • 6. From a small amount of stuffing we will form a cake. In the middle, we put a teaspoon of cheese mixture.
  • 7. Form the cutlet so that the cheese filling is inside. We pan the cutlets in breadcrumbs. Thus, all cutlets will be there.
  • 8. Fry the blanks in sunflower oil on medium heat from two sides.

  • 9. Fried cutlets with cheese in addition, bake it in the oven for 10-15 minutes, so that the meat is completely cooked inside. We will serve hot cutlets with a garnish of potatoes, pasta, cereals or green salad.
