I hasten to share with you a delicious recipe for salt-marinated herring in a fragrant spicy marinade with a small amount of apple cider vinegar and salt.   • 1. First, we prepare the marinade. Combine all the spices and large salt in a saucepan,

  • 3. Mix the ingredients and put the pan on the fire. Bring the marinade to a boil and remove from the plate. Let's pour apple cider vinegar into a hot marinade.
  • 4. We mix the marinade and let it cool. In the meantime, cut the red onions, peeled from the husks, in half-rings.
  • 5. Let's wash and dry the herring from excess moisture. Cut off the head, tail and fins.
  • 6. Clear fish off very comfortably.
  • 7. Cut the belly of the fish, remove all the insides and black film. We will wash the herring under running water. Divide the fish into two fillets, remove the ridge and all the bones.
  • 8. Cut the fillet of herring into portions.
  • 9. Alternating pieces of herring and red onion rings, fill the ingredients with a glass jar.
  • 10. Pour fish with onions and cooled down marinade, if desired, it can be filtered through a strainer from spices.
