Coconut Biscuits in a Hurry

Sometimes I want something sweet very much, but there is absolutely nothing at hand. I found a solution – these coconut biscuits are an excellent salvation. I admit, I'm not a special admirer of coconuts and all coconut desserts, but thanks to cocoa here – the taste turns out to be chocolate, and coconut gives only texture. You will see how easy it is being prepared and, perhaps, write down the recipe in «I'll repeat it again and again».

  • Coconut flakes
    85 g
  • Cocoa powder
    2 tbsp
  • Honey
    60 g
  • Egg
    1 pcs

  • 1. This number of ingredients is enough for 5 decent biscuits. Double if not enough. Mix the coconut flake (85 g) and cocoa (2 tbsps.)in a cup.
  • 2. Whip honey (60 g) and the eggin a plate. Pour into a dry mixture.
  • 3. Mix everything well with a fork.
  • 4. Form one-fifth flat washer of the doughat thickness of 6-8 mm. Lay it on the parchment.
  • 5. Put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Then look, take it outas soon as the sides begin to darken. If you like straight crispy – turn them neatly and hold in the oven for another 2 minutes.
  • 6. At first, they will be soft, but they will hardenafter half an hour. Tastes perfectly with milk or juice. If there is an orange – add its’zest to the dough, there will be an interesting taste.
