It is the recipe of an amazing pie. Inside it is soft and juicy, and the top is covered with crumbs. It is prepared very quickly – literally in a hurry. Personally I like the pie in a warm way, but also cooled down – it's very good! According to the basic recipe, it will turn out to be soft in texture and even in taste, that is for those who do not like too sweet desserts. At the same time, it is stored well in the container for several days, without losing its airiness. To treat relatives and colleagues with such dessert – is a must!

  • 1. By the way, everything is prepared in an elementary way. Mix the flour (380 g), baking powder (2 tsps.), baking soda (1 tsp), cinnamon (1/2 tsp) and ginger (1/2 tsp)in a bowl. Then, add cane sugar (100 g) and everyday sugar (100 g). Stir thoroughly with a whisk.
  • 2. Melt butter (115 g)in another cup, cut it into slices and heat it in a microwave oven for 10 seconds. Add 2 eggs and yogurt of 2-3% (250 g) in the melted butterand stir well. At first, the eggs will resist, but then they will surrender and the mass will become homogeneous.
  • 3. Combine dry and liquid ingredients. For this I poured liquid ones into dry ones in stages in three sets. Add, mix, add more.
  • 4. As a result, the mass will get pretty thick, do not be scared – this is normal.
  • 5. Clearone large pear or two smaller ones from peel and sunflower seeds, cut into cubes of 1 cm.
  • 6. Stir them into the dough and put them aside.
  • 7. It's time to make a crumble. Combine 40 g of flour, 45 g of cane sugar and 25 g of butterin a bowl. The oil should be cold and cut into cubes by half a centimeter. When you cut, try not to touch them with your hands, otherwise the oil will heat up too quickly. You can also add a spoonful of cinnamon.
  • 8. Gently mix the mixture with your hands, grinding pieces of butter with dry ingredients. Gradually you will get large sand, lumps.
  • 9. Lubricate the form, but rather simply put parchment on the bottom.Spread the dough in a uniform layer.
  • 10. Can you feel the spicy flavor? And while baking, it will open even more. So, from above, sprinkle an even layer of crumbles. You can slightly tamp it with light touches.
  • 11. Bake at 175-180 degrees for 25-35 minutes. My mold is 18x18 cm, the layer of dough was about 2.5-3 cm. If you have thinner or thicker – adjust the time. In any case, as always, it is checked with a wooden skewer. And look to the top began to appear ruddy crust, this is the moment when the crumb reached an ideal consistency.
  • 12. Play with stuffing and flavors. You can add vanilla, replace pears with apples or other dense fruits, spices can also be changed or varied, you cannot add. And effectively it looks cut into squares. By the way, the dough will rise very well, almost twice, take this into account when using the mold (that was the margin of height of rails).
