Berry Crumble for 20 minutes
This is a very delicious berry and nutritious dessert, and if you add an ice cream ball here – you can say that life was a success.
Since we will bake all this for a few minutes – the berries will retain their shape and texture, but they will give the juice which will start impregnating the layer of oatmeal from below, you know why an ice cream is here!
Ingredients

Blackberries200 g

Steps

1. The recipe is very flexible – change the berries, add nuts, seeds and so on to the oatmeal. If you bake in a ceramic or glass form – then you can do all the operations in itimmediately. To begin with, take blackberries and blueberries equally, tear off mint leaves, they will give some sharpness, pour lime juice or lemon juice.

2. Top with honey or maple syrup.

3. Mix everything well with a spoon, do it carefully as we do not want to spoil the berries in advance.

4. Now the second layer. Combine 2 parts of oat flakes and 1 part of almond flourin another dish, they can be replaced with finely chopped nuts or seeds. Top with olive oil and honey, stir well. I want to stop on oat flakes. Of course, it is better to take the real ones that are in plain packson which usually written cooking time from 6 to 12 minutes. Such flakes are least exposed to extraneous influences and, accordingly, retain more benefit.

5. Accurately distribute the oat layer on the berries, level with a spoon.

7. As soon as the dish is taken out of the oven, gently spread over the serving cups with the spoon, add ice cream over an ice cream ball, you can decorate with mint leaves. Very simple, very useful and very tasty.
