Ingredients

  • Oyster mushroom
    500 g
  • Garlic
    3 pcs
  • Apple cider vinegar
    50 ml
  • Vegetable oil
    75 ml
  • Dill
    - to taste
  • Parsley
    - to taste
  • Salt
    - to taste
  • Black pepper
    0.25 tsp

Steps

  • 1. Wash mushrooms thoroughly under cold running water. Cut off the rough foundation. Put the mushrooms on paper napkins to dry them from moisture. Cut large oysters into several parts.
  • 2. Add a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating. You can use sunflower oil, and olive or corn oil without a smell. Put the mushrooms on the heated frying pan. Fry them to a golden shade from both sides.
  • 3. Lay out the first portion of fried chicken in a salad bowl. Salt mushrooms to taste and season them with freshly ground black pepper. Sprinkle mushrooms with a small amount of apple cider vinegar.
  • 4. Clean the garlic cloves from the husk and wash it. Pass one clove of garlic through the press and distribute it evenly on the top of the mushrooms.
  • 5. Separate dill greens and parsley from the stems, then wash them and finely chop. Sprinkle a layer of mushrooms with a small amount of chopped green. Alternating layers of fried chicken, garlic and greens, put all the ingredients in the salad bowl, sprinkling them with vinegar or lemon juice.
  • 6. A ready-made snack can be served in a warm or chilled form. Oyster mushrooms in garlic marinade with herbs will be an excellent addition to meat dishes, baked poultry or sausage products. A ready-made snack is stored in the fridge, but, as a rule, it does not stay there for long.
  • 7. Bon Appetite!
