Oven Baked Chicken and Rice with Vegetables
We prepare a tasty, fragrant and satisfying dish – rice with chicken and vegetables in the oven. For the recipe, we will use onions, bell peppers, carrots and celery stalks. You can also use pod beans, corn, green peas, leeks, small inflorescences of Brussels or cauliflower. Rice by this recipe is very friable, spicy and has a rich taste. This dish will be tasty for both children and adults.

Steps

10. Bring 750 ml of purified water to boil. Pour boiling water into rice with chicken and vegetables. Mix the ingredients. Cover the pan with a lid or food foil, place it on the middle level of the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. After 35-40 minutes, rice with chicken and vegetables will be completely ready.
