Sandwich with Peaches and Ricotta
I love breakfast, when on one hand there is something satisfying, and on another one – it is light and tasty, preferably with fruits and vegetables.
I will tell you the recipe for the perfect sandwich for breakfast. It is very useful, quickly prepared, but the taste is just magical.
Ingredients

Bread4 pcs

Ricotta cheese50 g

Peach1 pcs

Honey1 tbsp

Basil3-5 pcs
Steps

1. In this case, I took bread from wholemeal flour with nuts, but also you can take what is at hand. Spread ricotta for every slice of bread. Put peaches on top, water with honey (up to you) and sprinkle with basil leaves.

2. Cover with a slice of bread from above, also grease with ricotta and fry on a grill (frying pan) for 3-4 minutes on each side.

3. It turns out very, very delicious. The most delicate ricotta with peaches is perfection itself, and add a little honey, basil and basil bread. Well, what could be better for breakfast?
