And do you like spicy? Sometimes I am very glad to eat some scalding dish. That is why we prepare Chili Corn Carne. Chili Con Carne is a dish of Mexican and Texan cuisines. The name is taken from the Spanish language and means literally "chili with meat". The main ingredients are hot pepper and chopped meat, all other ingredients are added depending on the region or personal taste preferences. There are quite a lot of ingredients, Mexicans like mixing everything and suck up with a good amount of pepper.

Steps

  • 1. Chili Corn Carne is something similar to the Bolognese sauce in the cooking part. Here we also need to get a stew, also with meat and also with tomatoes.
  • 2. First of all, prepare vegetables. Chop onions, fennel, carrots, chili (if you want more sharply – do not take out the seeds) finely.
  • 3. Now properly fry onion and fennel on olive oil, the vegetables should become soft, and the onion should be transparent.
  • 4. Add the carrot and chili.

  • 5. When the carrot begins to become soft, add all the minced meat. Break it off with a shovel right at the moment so that you will not get one big cutlet.
  • 6. When the meat stops stewing (moisture evaporated) and begins to crust, add all the spices and garlic.
  • 7. Fry for another 2-3 minutes and add the tomatoes along with the juice, beans with sauce and corn. Cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.
  • 8. Best serve of course with rice. But the pasta is quite good as well. Oh, what a burning sauce comes out. In addition, I liked the combination of different tastes and textures typical for Mexican cuisine. Here you have the beans, corn, tomatoes, meat and spicy seasonings with vegetables. Everything is harmonious and very tasty!
