Sandwich with Omelet

I like sandwiches of all kinds, hamburgers and other similar dishes. Because here will be quite a lot of them. The only requirement for them is, of course, usefulness. We can say that this is a sandwich with a surprise, since the cheese is initially baked inside the omelet, but everything in order.

Steps

  • 1. First of all, make an omelet. Here you can do whatever you want, use your spices and cooking methods. I just mix the egg with milk, add spices (in this case paprika) and mix well.
  • 2. Now it's up to bacon, fry the bacon in a well-heated frying pan without oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. We need to get a crispy crust. After that, remove the bacon. Do you see how much fat it leaves there?
  • 3. In this oil prepare the omelet. It should turn out to be very thin, so it depends on the size of the frying pan – how much egg mixture is needed to be poured in. When the omelet begins to grasp, put several pieces of soft cheese in the center and wrap it in an envelope. In this case, its size is the same with the size of a bun.
  • 4. It remains to work for small, prepare vegetables. Cut tomato, cucumber and onions for rings of 3-4 mm.

  • 5. Cut the avocado half, remove the pulp from the peel with a tablespoon and grind with a fork in the pasta.
  • 6. It is time to make buns, since we need them hot, we put them for the end. Cut along, grease with olive oil and fry the inside of the grill or a simple frying pan until crisp.
  • 7. Pick up a sandwich. To do this, put a layer of avocado paste, an omelet envelope with cheese inside, vegetables and bacon. If you use less vegetables, the sandwich can be dry, so the final layer will be avocado paste again.
  • 8. Any greens here can be used, those that will be on a season or to taste.

  • 9. What I liked – the sandwich is very airy thanks to the omelet, the cheese inside melts and becomes viscous, I think everyone loves it. Vegetables blend well together, and the avocado paste here replaces the usual mayonnaise, making the dish easier and healthier.
