Everybody knows who Jamie Oliver is. His recipes are simple, but at the same time very interesting. He manages to easily transform the taste of the usual dishes, bringing them to a new level. Today we will struggle with stereotypes and prove that fast food is useful and tasty.

Steps

  • 1. I give the ingredients for two hamburgers. You just have to share it with someone.
  • 2. First, prepare the buns – cut them for halves and fry inner sides on the grill or in a simple frying pan. This is needed to ensure that the sauce remains in the center and does not soak the buns with moisture.
  • 3. Now the cutlet is the second most important component. Here everything is simple – combine beef and pork minced in half and add a little beer. Better do it with table spoons, each time mixing well. Cutlets should not be wet, at the same time beer even helps us to form cutlets.
  • 4. Make cutlets slightly larger than the diameter of a bun. Decide heights yourself, I like such “kind” buns. Also, do not forget that the volume will decrease when frying.

  • 5. The next step is the right sauce. Instead of mayonnaise, combine yoghurt (2.5-3% fat) with a spoonful of mustard.
  • 6. Fry cutlets from two sides. Just look at the butt, as soon as half has acquired a "meat" shade – turn over. If you make thick ones – you can fry butts as well, I did exactly so. But this is more aesthetics.
  • 7. While preparing cutlets, finish with the vegetables. Cut cucumbers and tomato.
  • 8. A small subtlety – when you need to guess to when assembling a hamburger cutlet just comes from a pan, so it was hot. This will help slightly fuse the cheese. The order of the layers is individual. It is worth remembering about the balance of juicy layers and the rest – alternate.
