Bacon Avocado Salad From Jamie Oliver

Today it is a very simple salad, the ingredients of which may seem strange to many (or rather their combination). Do not rush to draw conclusions – try it!


  • Bacon
    100 g
  • Pine nuts
    50 g
  • Avocado
    1-2 pcs
  • Spinach
    150 g
  • Olive oil
    3 tbsp


  • 1. So, everything is simple. Fry the bacon until crispy chips are obtained.
  • 2. Put it aside and in the same pan fry the pine nuts to confident rudeness.
  • 3. Purify and slice the avocado with thin slices. Although it is certainly a matter of taste, a small cube would also fit, but then the avocado will be the "main violin."
  • 4. A few words about refueling: mix olive oil, black pepper and balsamic vinegar. Do not add salt, in bacon it is usually a lot.
  • 5. Let's combine the salad: avocado, spinach leaves, bacon, nuts and dressing. Mix everything well and get ready!
  • 6. It turns out a rather interesting combination of soft sweet avocado and salty crispy bacon.
