Sandwich with Peaches and Brie Cheese

I want to tell you a quick recipe for very satisfying sandwiches for gourmets. If everything is done correctly and quickly, you will be surprised how delicious this is, although at first the combination will seem strange. For special connoisseurs of gustatory contradictions, I can recommend replacing Brie cheese by Dor Blue, but this is for the brave ones.

  • Bread
    2 pcs
  • Honey
    30 g
  • Peach
    1 pcs
  • Red onion
    1 pcs
  • Brie cheese
    100 g

  • 1. Obviously, the pledge of good sandwiches is bread. Choose the freshest and exactly the one that you like – no matter black or white, from tender flour or coarse bran with nuts. Bring them together to the desired condition. By the way, prepare two slices of bread and fry well on the grill (without butter) or in a simple frying pan or even in an oven. You need to get a good crust and a gentle center. Usually it takes 3 minutes on each side.
  • 2. While bread is being prepared, cut the peaches into thin slices, onion into half rings.
  • 3. And of course cheese. Since you will melt it, cut the pieces not too thinly and of different thicknesses (then some will become softer, while others will keep the texture brighter).
  • 4. The bread is ready, grease it with honey generously. Here you can take any, to taste. Again for special gourmets – take mustard, you will not regret. If you do not like honey at all or it seems too sweet – take agave syrup or something like that (the taste is softer, the consistency is the same).
  • 5. And now collect layers. Put peaches on honey, thin onion rings and cheese on top. Bake it in the oven for about three – four minutes. Well, or until needed consistency of cheese.
  • 6. That is all, nutritious sandwiches are ready. And now imagine: the crunchy base of your favorite bread, still hot after the oven, sweet honey with delicate peaches, a slightly tart taste of onions and the unusual texture of Brie which wraps sandwich.
  • 7. Eat immediately with a good beer or kvass. You will cook this dish again and again!
