1.You can take any pieces of chicken (or other bird), I used the shins.
2.To begin, marinate the chicken for half an hour. For this, mix yogurt, chopped onions, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
3.While the chicken is pickled in the fridge, prepare a breadcrumb. Mix all the spices in a bowl. Depending on the taste of the paprika – breading can be more acute or sweeter. If you like more classic taste, replace half the paprika with herbs.
4.Two-thirds of the mixture is poured into flour and mixed well. Get a homogeneous mixture of pink.
5.Next, heat the oil in a saucepan or a small pan to 180 degrees. If there is no thermometer – wait for 5-6 minutes and toss a piece of onion, if it starts to hiss quickly and envelop with bubbles – the oil is ready.
6.Place a cup of chicken and a plate of flour next to it. Take out the chicken on a piece, shake off excess liquid and roll well in breadcrumbs, so that all the chicken is covered with it.
7.And put in oil for 2-3 minutes, so that the chicken is covered with a confident golden crust. You do not cook it, but only get the right crust.
8.Dip finished pieces of chicken in a paper towel (to absorb excess oil) and put on a baking sheet. Sprinkle generously with a mixture of Southern Salt. When the whole chicken is ready this way – put the baking tray in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

10.The chicken turns out to be really delicious. Crispy crust with a spicy-sweet taste, insanely bright colors and tender meat inside, which is cooked in the oven. Perfectly suitable even for a festive table and a dinner party!
