  • Avocado

  • Mayonnaise

  • 1. Peel two avocados from skin and bones, cut into thick bars of 1 cm wide and 2-3 cm long.
  • 2. In a flat plate, combine bread crumbs (you can grind the dried bread in a blender) and any spices to taste: I took hot pepper, salt and a little sugar. In a deep bowl, break two eggs and mix well.
  • 3. Place the saucepan with butter on medium heat, wait for 3 minutes until the oil warms up. Then take each piece of avocado, pour in a mixture with breadcrumbs, then in the egg mixture and again in breadcrumbs. And immediately put it into the oil. A minute from each side will be enough. Spread on a paper towel so that excess oil is gone.
  • 4. And here is the sauce. Chop parsley, half avocado, add lime juice and mayonnaise (or light yogurt without taste). Whisk in a blender until smooth.
  • 5. As soon as everything is ready – immediately begin to eat! Excellent snack or even breakfast are provided for you.
