Parmesan Crusted Tilapia
Well, here is another recipe for fish, which even those will like who do not like fish in general. I already wrote that I am more than cold to the fish. But sometimes it turns out well even for me – this is that case.
Ingredients
-
Tilapia fillet2 pcs
-
Parmesan cheese50 g
-
Paprika1 tbsp
-
Leek30 g
-
Olive oil2 tbsp
-
Salt- to taste
Steps
-
1. Look, the fish can be any white. Cooking again can still be at home in the oven and in the nature on the grill. I love this kind of freedom in recipes. You need a fillet.
-
2. But first prepare the breading. Grate parmesan finely. Also cut the greens. Here it can be a leek (like mine), parsley, coriander, dill, anything in any combination.
-
3. Next, mix parmesan, greens and paprika with salt in a wide plate with sides. Of course, you can add your spices, and replace part of the paprika with the sharp chili.
-
4. Lubricate the fillet with olive oil and then roll in breadcrumbs, every time squeeze the fish well.
-
5. Lay the finished fillet on parchment with a tray. And bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
-
6. Finished fish need a little rest, so that the crust of parmesan well frozen. Then shift to plates and serve.
-
7. The fish turns out excellent! Very delicate juicy meat, which breaks well into fibers and at the same time a spicy crust of parmesan and herbs with paprika. It literally melts in front of you and better cook more!
