1.Look, the fish can be any white. Cooking again can still be at home in the oven and in the nature on the grill. I love this kind of freedom in recipes. You need a fillet.
2.But first prepare the breading. Grate parmesan finely. Also cut the greens. Here it can be a leek (like mine), parsley, coriander, dill, anything in any combination.
3.Next, mix parmesan, greens and paprika with salt in a wide plate with sides. Of course, you can add your spices, and replace part of the paprika with the sharp chili.
4.Lubricate the fillet with olive oil and then roll in breadcrumbs, every time squeeze the fish well.
5.Lay the finished fillet on parchment with a tray. And bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
