Ingredients

Carrot2 pcs

Egg1 pcs

Walnuts100 g

Dried cranberry30 g

Oat flour1 tbsp

Baking powder2 tsp
-
Vegetable oil2 tbsp

Cinnamon- to taste

Ginger- to taste

Nutmeg- to taste

Lemon zest- to taste
Steps

1. Blend bananas with a blender or knead with a fork until a mushy condition.

2. Afterwards, add egg and butter to these mixes and continue whisking.

3. Rub the carrots on a fine grater, add to the mass.

4. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well.

5. Pour the dough into the multi-cooker and set for 50 minutes of baking.

6. As a pie is without sugar, I advise you to cover it with a light cream, honey or jam to make sweet taste.
