Blue Cheese Sauce Burgers
Lets prepare a juicy hamburger with an interesting sauce. Whatever I ate, no matter what time of the year was outside the window, there is a dish that I am always happy to try – hamburgers. There is something magical about them that makes us fall in love with them from the first acquaintance. This is truly the greatest invention; bun, vegetables, meat, sometimes cheese and necessarily a good sauce. Of course, we are not talking about fast food restaurants, although there are really good hamburgers there.
They are good that they are quite easy to prepare, they can be easily adjusted to us by varying with vegetables, spices, sauces, cutlet and even buns. And for the hamburger to turn out really tasty – use always only those products that you like. Love the chicken – please, want to put the eggplant from the grill – it is suitable, red or white sauce, with or without mustard, and marinade the onions in vinegar? Do as you like.
Ingredients
-
Bun4 pcs
-
Meat600 g
-
Onion1 pcs
-
Chili pepper1 pcs
-
Basil10 g
-
Garlic2 clove
-
Nuts20 g
-
Mustard1 tsp
-
Yogurt50 g
-
Blue cheese30 g
-
Lime1 pcs
-
Tomato1 pcs
Steps
-
1. Of course, start with cutlets. Cut finely onions (1 pc), basil (2-3 sprigs), hot chili (1 medium) and garlic (a pair of cloves).
-
2. Mix in a bowl with minced meat (600 g), mustard (1 tsp) and crushed nuts (20 g). Meat for minced meat can be taken any; I have 50/50 beef/pork.
-
3. Stir well and form 4 cutlets. The diameter of the cutlet should be slightly more than a bun, and the height is not less than 2 centimeters. During the frying the cutlet will decrease in size and, if done less, it will become dry.
-
4. Put the cutlets on parchment, cover with a sheet on the top and put into the fridge for 20 minutes.
-
5. Prepare the sauce, for this, take sour cream or neutral yogurt (50 g), crumble blue cheese (30 g) and add the juice of half of the lime. Mix everything well.
-
6. Warm up grill pan (it can be usual one) well. Perfectly, of course, to do everything on an open fire, but this is not always available. Fry the buns (4 pcs) in a dry frying pan from the side of the cut. Fry before the appearance of a golden crust.
-
7. When all the buns are ready, get the cutlets and also fry, but on each side for 3 minutes. If the cutlet is high, like mine, you can fry sides as well; it will be better baked and tastier. But do not overdo it, otherwise it will become dry.
-
8. If in doubt, you can crack one of the cutlets, the center should not be pink.
-
9. And then collect as you like. Put a leaf of salad, slices of tomatoes, cutlet, sauce and a little red onion on the bun. It is very juicy, nourishing and unbelievably delicious. And it is being prepared for not more than half an hour.
