Steps

  • 1. Wash and dry fresh oysters from moisture with paper napkins. Neatly divide a bunch of mushrooms, cut oyster mushrooms from a branch on one leg. Put the mushrooms on the chopping board and beat them off with a culinary hammer on both sides. Be careful not to damage the mushrooms.
  • 2. Now cook the batter. In a deep dish, connect 2 chicken eggs and sour cream of average fat content. Mix the mixture to a homogeneous consistency with the help of a whisk.
  • 3. Add the salt, spices and sifted wheat flour to the sauce.

  • 6. Put the oyster mushrooms in the batter on a hot frying pan with refined vegetable oil.
  • 7. After frying the mushrooms to a golden shade on one side, carefully turn them over with a wooden spatula and bring them to readiness. So in a few receptions fry all the mushrooms. Lay out ready oyster mushrooms on a dish, woven with paper napkins to remove excess oil.
  • 8. Fragrant oyster mushrooms in batter should be served warmly. The remaining mushrooms can be heated in the microwave oven.
