Simple Spicy Fried Cauliflower

In the store I saw an appetizing head of cauliflower. It was so fresh and crunchy that I immediately decided to buy it to fry in batter with the addition of fragrant spices. In addition to chicken eggs, milk and flour, I add a little sour cream to taste. Any spices can be used. A good addition to the taste of cabbage are dried basil, thyme, ground coriander or nutmeg. It is important not to digest cabbage, it should remain a bit crispy. Note that small inflorescences require less cooking time.
